For Coach Tours, we act as agent; liability rests with the provider.

A valid credit card or cash deposit and photo ID may be required at check-in. We are not responsible for recovering such deposits.
Please raise any complaints or concerns in writing as soon as possible so we can help resolve them promptly. Complaints can be directed to your sales agent who can escalate to management.
